The well-known new home sale agreements used in the real estate brokerage industry (formerly KH Housing Transaction Forms) are now available as convenient license packages. The agreements can be used electronically through the Contract Documents Service.
By using these new home sale agreements, you can ensure that all matters required in residential and commercial unit transactions are included in the agreement and that the transaction is carried out in compliance with the law.
