The New Home Sale Agreements (formerly KH Residential Property Transaction Forms), well known throughout the real estate industry, are now available as convenient licence packages. The agreements can be used electronically through the Contract Documents service.
Using the New Home Sale Agreements ensures that all legally required matters relating to residential and commercial property transactions are included in the agreement and that transactions are carried out in compliance with applicable legislation.
The content of the agreements was updated in June 2021 and reviewed in 2024.
