License products are activated in the Rakennustieto system within 1–2 business days, and activation is notified to the main user’s email address. When purchasing a license product by credit card, the product becomes available for immediate use.
For the product information database, Rakennustieto will contact you to agree on the delivery of product data.
For the product information management service, Rakennustieto will contact you to arrange user onboarding training and to define the system administrator.
When you place an order, it is automatically transferred to our system, after which you are responsible for the order and it cannot be cancelled. When purchasing a digital product, the product package is opened at the moment the order is placed. By placing an order, you accept these terms. After ordering, the product cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged.
Products paid by invoice are delivered immediately after the invoice is created once the license has been activated in the system. The payment term for invoices is 14 days net from the date the invoice is sent.
For invoiced customers, Rakennustieto reserves the right to check credit information and to refuse an order.
Rakennustieto customer service automatically applies the discount when you enter the code in the “Discount code” field in the order form.
If you have any complaints about the product or wish to terminate the agreement, we ask you to first contact our customer service.
The license product subscription is valid until further notice (except for the fixed-term Ratu cost calculation monthly subscription), and termination terms are defined in Rakennustieto’s general terms and conditions. We recommend reviewing the services before ordering a license.
