Stakeholders invited to your project are included in the project based pricing. In the service you pay for the right to create a new active project. For example, with the same annual price you can run 6 consecutive projects lasting 2 months each during a year.

The contract for the Product Information Management service is first valid for twelve (12) months from the date it enters into force and will then automatically continue in three (3) month contract periods.

Traditionally, each construction site requests product data, such as declarations of performance (DoP), separately from suppliers and subcontractors. This takes time and burdens all parties involved.
The Product Information Management Service changes this way of working. Product data is centrally available in the Product Information database and flows directly to construction sites. This improves efficiency across the entire construction sector.
Construction sites no longer need to collect documents separately, and suppliers do not need to deliver the same information to multiple places. All essential information is available in one place.
In addition to product identification data, the database includes documents required on site, such as declarations of performance (DoP), safety data sheets (SDS), as well as installation, use and maintenance instructions.
You can set up an unlimited number of construction sites (excluding single project licenses) and invite all necessary users and subcontractors.
In the service, you can flexibly manage construction phases and products – exactly to the extent required by your project.
