New Home Sale Agreements – Licenses

The new home sale agreements (formerly KH Housing Transaction Forms), well known in the real estate brokerage industry, are now available as convenient license packages. The sale agreements can be used electronically in the Contract Documents Service.

With the new home sale agreements, you can ensure that all matters required in the sale of residential and commercial premises are included in the agreement and that transactions are carried out in compliance with the law.

The content of the sale agreements was updated in June 2021 and reviewed in 2024.
